Booth Registration Standard Placement - BIG TOP VINTAGE - STAFFORD, TEXAS - JULY 28, 2018

This is an indoor event in the cold ac!

Bring on the show under the Big Top - we are looking for unique vendors who cater to that "classic" appeal: antique home decor and furniture, vintage fashions and accessories, repressed or up-cycled items, junk, shabby chic decor, gypsy style, unique hand-made jewelry, industrial designed items, painted furniture -  and a few more.

 

Please select your booth number from the drop down menu - this registration link is for STANDARD PLACEMENT booths which are highlighted in peach on the floor plan. 

Each booth is 10x10 - if you would like a larger booth please add multiple booths to cart.

Standard booths are listed in peach on the floor plan to make it easier to see - if you would like a Premium Placement Booth click here or if you would like to register for a Foyer Table click here.

For example - if you would like a 10x20 booth add booth number 43, add to cart, go back and add booth number 44, add to cart - then continue with checkout as you would on any other website (like Amazon) for quick and easy registration. 

 

If your desired booth says "SOLD OUT" then someone else has already registered for that booth, please select another booth number from the drop down menu. 

 

 

Vendor spaces are taped to show booth boundaries - they are not draped - this is an open air market.  Vendors are responsible for the merchandising, set up and take down of their own booth and display.  Vendors may and are encouraged to transform their booth - the use of walls, grid-wall and frames is allowed.  Your overall decoration and display should showcase your brand's unique character and entice shoppers to explore what you have to offer.  Our customers are drawn to crafty, unique and beautiful displays.  Your success is directly correlated with the energy and creativity you put into your display.

 

 

Add-On Services:

Electricity is optional and additional, please add electricity to your order if you will need it at the event.  Click here to add electricity to your order.  Electricity will not be provided to those who have not pre-paid for electricity during registration.  You may not add electricity the day of the event.

 

Event Date: Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 10a-5p.

 

Vendor Set Up Information:

Vendors will be sent an email two weeks prior to the show outlining all set up times and information including a floor plan layout of the show and your booth assignment.  Vendor set up will be all day on Friday, July 27 and 7am - 9:30am on Saturday, July 28.

 

 

All booth registration and fees are non refundable - you may transfer your registration to another vendor with Big Top Vintage approval - please email info@bigtopvintage.com for approval to transfer.
